About Us
Pepper Surveying and Mapping, LLC is a small, owner-operated business located in Starkville, Mississippi offering a variety of surveying and mapping services. The owner, Jason W. Pepper, P.L.S. has lived in the Oktibbeha and Webster County area all of his life and has been a licensed surveyor since January of 2001. During his surveying career, which started in 1994, he has been involved with many projects covering Mississippi and Alabama. His resume' includes all sizes of surveying projects from multi-unit residential developments to half-acre mortgage surveys. Mr. Pepper is also involved in continuing education efforts and teaches surveying classes at Mississippi State University. Pepper Surveying and Mapping is proud to offer affordable mortgage surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, insurance elevation certificates and topographic mapping, but please feel free to contact us for any type of surveying service you may need. All estimates are provided at no cost and all of our services can be delivered to your Architect, Engineer or other design professional in a digital format compatible with all major design software.
